We only ship within the UK, therefore we cannot accept any orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom
Unless an order qualifies for free shipping (see below), the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items.
All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers conditions.
In the event that a shipping rate needs to be amended UK Bees will contact the customer within 2 working days to resolve any outstanding shipping issues.
There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to Mainland UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and offshore islands.
Qualifying orders over £150.00 are eligible for free shipping to: MAINLAND GREAT BRITAIN
If your order is in stock we aim to dispatch the order the same day. If part or all of your order is out of stock or on backorder, the order will be dispatched as soon as all your items are available.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
All orders are sent via courier service and will be delivered usually with 3 or 4 days.
Occasionally, some items will be delivered direct from the manufacturer located within the EU and subsequent delivery times will vary.

Whilst we aim to complete delivery as soon as possible we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to possible unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Missing or incorrect items in your order
In the unfortunate event there are missing items from your order, or you have received the wrong items please can contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
We will endeavour to immediately ship the missing or replacement items.
We request that you thoroughly check your order when it arrives, so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
If you do not report an issue within 30 working days of receiving the order, we may be unable to resolve the issue.
An item is faulty. What to do.
We are sorry that one of our items has become faulty or is not up to our usual standards. To resolve this issue quickly, please login to your account and start a support ticket request.
UK Bees is unable to refund return shipping costs unless the issue is an error on our part or the item is faulty.
